AUSTIN, TEXAS – The UT Arlington men's and women's track and field teams will compete in the highly coveted Texas Relays this week.

TEXAS RELAYS INFORMATION
This is the 96th running of the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays and will kick off on Wednesday, Mar. 27, with the women's heptathlon at 10:30 a.m. and will conclude with the men's decathlon, starting at 11 a.m.
Thursday's events consist of the final few events of the multis and will feature some field and running prelims.
Friday and Saturday's events will consist of the finals in most of the field and running events.
STORYLINES
- Brian Brown, Jr. holds the 3rd fastest men's 100m dash time in the WAC (10.44) while Eli England has the 4th fastest time in the WAC (10.45).
- Madison Pippins currently has the fastest women's 100m dash time in the WAC (11.62) while Adeyemi Talabi has the 3rd fastest time (11.66).
- In the women's 400m, Alexis Cain currently sits 2nd in the WAC with a time of 54.51.
- Daniel Armstrong sits 2nd in the men's 800m with a mark of 1:51.96.
- Winnie Kipsang holds the fastest 800m time for the women in the WAC (2:06.13) along with the 2nd fastest 1500m time (4:31.55) in the conference.
- In the men's 110m hurdles, Lucas Van Klaveren sits 3rd in the WAC with a time of 14.25.
- Zaire Moore holds the top spot in the women's 400m hurdles within the conference with a time of 1:01.40.
- The women's 4x100m relay team consisting of Cain, Talabi, Diamond Mathis and Pippins sit at the top of the WAC leaderboards with a time of 45.18.
- The men's 4x400m relay team consisting of Javaris Bonner, Levi Bontke, Adam Herrera and Jarvis Miles hold the top spot on the WAC leaderboards with a time of 3:11.90.
- Calen Jones (2.11m) and Miles Jones (2.06m) sit one and two in the WAC standings in the men's high jump.
- McKinley Novacek (1.73m) and Kaliah Jones (1.70m) hold the top two spots in the WAC for the women's high jump.
- Randon Gray sits alone at the top of the WAC leaderboards in the men's pole vault with a vault of 5.30m.

UTA will make the trip to College Station to participate in the 44 Farms Team Invitational hosted by Texas A&M next Friday, Apr. 5, and concludes on Saturday, Apr. 6.
