ARLINGTON, Texas -- UT Arlington's
Arieanna Mcpeak has earned Western Athletic Conference weekly honors after her stellar performance at Texas Relays.
Mcpeak continues an impressive freshman campaign as she earned first place at Texas Relays in the women's triple jump with a new personal best of 12.60m. The freshman Ferris, Texas native also earned fifth in the women's long jump with another personal best mark of 6.13m.

The Mavericks will continue the outdoor season, splitting the weekend at Texas A&M (44 Farms Invitational) and Baylor (Baylor Invitational). The 44 Farms Invitational is set for April 9-10, while the Baylor Invitational is a one-day competition, set for April 10.
