ARLINGTON, Texas – UT Arlington men's basketball released its 2024-25 non-conference schedule, presented by Under Armour, on Tuesday.
The 14-game non-conference slate features matchups against several high-level opponents, including road trips to USC, Liberty and Texas State, as well as home dates with Louisiana Tech, Louisiana-Monroe and Evansville. Additionally, the Mavericks will take on Murray State in a neutral site game in Jacksonville, Florida, ahead of the Jacksonville Classic, taking place over Thanksgiving.

The Mavs are coming off a season in which they won 20 games under first-year head coach
KT Turner which culminated in a berth in the WAC Championship Game. Heading into the championship appearance, the Mavs held an eight-game winning streak, which was tied for the 4th longest in program history. UTA returns a pair of key contributors in guards
Brandyn Talbot and
Kade Douglas, and added 11 talented transfers to complete its roster.
