ARLINGTON, Texas -- UT Arlington Baseball welcomed alumni, supporters, and friends of the program to the annual Baseball Alumni Golf Tournament on Friday, Oct. 9, at Tierra Verde Golf Club.
The event brought the Maverick baseball community together for a day on the course while supporting the continued growth and success of UTA Baseball.
We'd like to thank all the participants, hole sponsors, and donors for their generous support of UTA Baseball. Our golf tournament was a huge success and a great day of fellowship and a celebration of UTA Baseball! The proceeds raised go directly into the baseball program, and we are truly grateful, said UTA head baseball coach Mike Trapasso.
The tournament provided an opportunity for former players, fans and supporters to reconnect with the program, build relationships, and invest in the future of Maverick baseball.
UTA Baseball extends its appreciation to everyone who participated in the tournament, as well as the sponsors and volunteers who helped make the event possible. Their continued support plays an important role in providing opportunities for current and future student-athletes.
The annual golf tournament remains an important opportunity to strengthen the connection between UTA Baseball and its alumni while supporting the program's long-term vision.
