ARLINGTON, Texas – The UTA Mavericks (15-11, 7-7 WAC) cap the home slate on Saturday when the Mavs host the Utah Valley Wolverines (19-7, 9-4 WAC) at 2 p.m. (CT) in the Senior Day game. Prior to tipoff, UTA will honor its trio of seniors--Marcell McCreary, Marcus Rigsby, Jr. and Raysean Seamster.
 
The Mavericks snapped a five-game losing streak, and ended Utah Tech's six-game winning string, with a strong performance on Thursday night in a 63-50 win. The 50 points were the fewest scored by the Trailblazers all season and 30 fewer than the team averaged during its winning streak.
 
A victory Saturday would give UTA, which is 9-3 inside the CPC in 2025-26, double-figure home wins for the fourth time since 2012. UTA trails the all-time series 6-4 and has lost four straight to Utah Valley dating back to last season.
 
The game will be broadcast live on ESPN+ with Will Conerly (play-by-play) and David Zimmerman (analyst). In addition, the game will air live on the radio on the Varsity Network App with the Voice of the Mavs, Josh Sours, on the call.
