HUMBLE, Texas – UT Arlington men's golf is entering the final stretch of the season, gearing up for the All-American Intercollegiate hosted by Houston. It is the first of three remaining regular season tournaments for the Mavericks.
UTA is coming off a 13th-place finish at the R.E. Lamkin Invitational in San Diego. The Mavericks carded 302-298-293 for a 29-over-par 893 for the tournament.
The lineup remains the same for UTA with one addition. Jen chie Huang will compete in the tournament as an individual. His score will not count towards UTA's total.

INSIDE THE LINEUP
Arth Sinha
- Continuing to be among the top finishers for UTA is Sinha, whose T38th at the R.E. Lamkin Invitational was the second-best mark on the team. The freshman improved his score each round, shooting 75-73-72 for a 4-over 220 at the tournament.
Ajay Morris
- Two strokes back of Sinha at the R.E. Lamkin Invitational was Morris who also recorded a 1-over 73 and an even-par 72 in his final two rounds. The freshman finished tied for 52nd.
Michael Chevalier
- Chevalier finished alone in 87th at the R.E. Lamkin Invitational. The Grapevine-native shot an 18-over 234 at the event.
Nicholas Lyman
- Lyman is coming off one of his strongest outings of the season at the R.E. Lamkin Invitational. The freshman placed in a tie for 24th — the best finish for any UTA player — after carding a 1-over 217 for the tournament. Lyman was the only Maverick to record a round under par, shooting a 2-under 70 over his final 18 holes. The Arizona-native also had the only UTA eagle, coming on the par-5 second hole in the first round.
Matthew Broder
- Rounding out the Mavericks lineup at the R.E. Lamkin Invitational was Broder. The junior finished tied for 92nd with a 22-over 238 over his three rounds.
Jen chie Huang
- Huang is back in the lineup for the first time since the Military City Collegiate. The sophomore finished alone in 68th with a 31-over 247 at the tournament.
