UT Arlington Cross Country to miss John McKenzie Invitational due to team illness

ARLINGTON, Texas UT Arlington cross country will not compete at this weekend's John McKenzie Invitational at AP Ranch in Fort Worth due to an acute illness within the team.

The decision was made with the student-athletes' health and well-being as the program's top priority.

The Mavericks will continue to prepare for their upcoming meets — including the UTA-hosted Gerald Richey UTA Invitational, set for September 11 at the Rolling Hills Soccer Complex in Fort Worth.

Any additional schedule updates will be provided as necessary.

Additional information regarding the John McKenzie Invitational can be found on the TCU Cross Country team website.
