• Finished his first season with a 6-8 singles record including a 3-1 Southland mark playing at the No. 3, 5 and 6 positions
• Posted a 9-11 doubles record with three different partners
• Recorded a straight-set singles win at the No. 6 position over Matt Westmoreland of then ranked No. 73 A&M-Corpus Christi
• Recorded a 9-8 win with teammate David Subirats at the No. 2 position against then ranked No. 14 Texas A&M.

Prior to UTA

• Moreno a native of Santa Clara, CA participated in category 14U and 16U in Venezuela, Colombia and Ecuador... captured the ITF G5 in doubles in Cali, Colombia and semifinals in ITF G5 in Bogota, Colombia
• Was a runner-up at the National 'Interstate Team' Tournament in 2010 where he represented the state of 'Valle del Cauca'
• Named Athlete of the Year twice (2009, 2010) at 'Colegio Aleman-Deutsche Schule Cali'.
