Placed seventh in the triple jump to score two points for the Mavericks at the WAC Indoor Championships.
Leaped 47-09.25 in the league meet, his best triple jump effort of the season.
Won the triple jump (47-00.25) and finished third in the long jump (23-03.75) at the J.D. Martin Invitational.
Named the WAC Field Athlete of the Week on Jan. 23.

Won the long jump at the J.D. Martin Invitational with a season-best mark of 7.23 meters.
Was the runner up in the long jump at the Texas 10-Team Invitational (7.18m).
Competed in the long jump and the triple jump at the Southland Conference Championships.
Scored points for UTA in the SLC Championships with a seventh-place showing in the triple jump with a season-best 14.43-meter mark.

Tied for fifth with a high jump of 1.95 meters at the Oklahoma Sooner Open I.
Placed fifth in the triple jump with a distance of 13.69 meters at the Varsity Apartments Shocker Quad.

Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the long jump and placed 45th (21-09.50).
Earned second-team All-WAC plaudits in the triple jump with a season-best mark of 48-00.75.
Won the long jump at the East Texas Invitational with a season-best leap of 24-05.75 (7.46m).
2012
Competed in both the long jump and the triple jump at the Southland Conference Championships.
Had a season-best jumps of 7.05 meters (long jump) and 14.13 meters (triple jump) at the Beach Invitational.
2011
Placed fourth in the long jump with a distance of 7.18 meters to score points for the Mavericks at the SLC Outdoor Championships.
Placed fourth in the high jump (1.95m) and the triple jump (12.85m) at the Horned Frog Invitational.
Came in fourth place in the long jump at the Horned Frog Invitational with a distance of 6.95 meters.
Was runner up in the long jump with a distance of 7.27 meters at the Bobby Lane Invitational, while also placing fourth in the triple jump (13.56m).
PRIOR TO UT ARLINGTON
Went to play football for Midwestern State before transfering to UT Arlington.
Won district championship in the triple jump in 2009 and qualified for the regional meet.
Career-bests include 47-3 in the triple jump and 22-3 in the long jump.
Earned two letters in track and two in football at Arlington Bowie.
