- As a sophomore in 2010 he appeared in 32 games and started 20 for TCU
- Averaged 5.3 points and 4.6 rebounds per game
- Rebounding total was second on the team but led team in offensive rebounds with 76
- Posted career-highs in 16 statistical categories during the season
- Averaged 23.9 minutes per game including 22 games of 20+ minutes
- Led team with 52.8 FG%
- Had more offensive rebounds (79) than defensive (67)
- Led team with 17 blocks
- Scored a career-high 18 points vs. Rice
- Collected first career double-double against Texas State with 13 points and a career-high 11 rebounds
- Also pulled down 11 rebounds vs. MACU
- Ranked 17th in the Mountain West in rebounds per game.
2008-09:
- The only TCU freshman to appear in all 31 games which included two starts
- Best game of the season came against nationally-ranked Clemson where he posted 9 points, including 2-of-2 from behind the 3-point arc, to go along with 6 steals, 4 rebounds and 2 assists in 28 minutes
- Those 6 steals were the most in a game by any Mountain West player that season
- 9 points, rebounds and 2 steals in 19 minutes vs. St. Gregory[apos]s
- Grabbed a season-high 7 rebounds vs. Colgate
- Ranked second on the team in steals (28) and third in rebounds (99) and rebounds per game (3.2)
- Ranked sixth among all Mountain West Conference freshmen in rebounds per game (3.2).
High School:
- A tremendous talent from one of the top high school programs in the nation
- Played at Duncanville High School program that was nationally-recognized by USA Today
- Ranked 16th in Texas according to TexasHoops.com in the Class of 2008
- Concluded his senior campaign by averaging 13.6 points, 7.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game en route to securing Texas All-State honors
- Recorded 16 points to go along with a game-high 11 rebounds at the 43rd Annual Faith 7 Game between Team Texas and Team Oklahoma
- Selected to the Rumble on the Ridge All-Tournament Team after scoring 15 points to give Duncanville the team title with a 66-62 triumph over Putnam City High School
- Guided a Panthers[apos] program that finished with a 36-2 overall record, including a 14-0 conference record, during his senior campaign
- Scored a game-high 28 points against DFW-rivals North Crowley High School in the regional semifinals during his senior campaign
- Garnered Most Valuable Player honors at the 2007 Texas 5A State Championships after guiding his prep program to a 60-46 victory in the gold medal game
- Served as a valuable member of a Duncanville High School program that finished with a 39-0 record, including a seventh-place showing in the USA Today final poll
- Led a team that was preseason ranked first in the nation according to Rivals.com as well as the FAB-50 for preseason rankings according to NJ.com
- Aided a Duncanville program that was ranked fourth in the nation and the only team in the State of Texas to be listed on ESPN[apos]s Elite High School Boys Basketball Team.
