Biography
CAREER OVERVIEW
Completed his career with UTA following the 2022-23 season … finished with 988 points for his collegiate career across all divisions (Division I and JUCO) … started his career at UTA from 2017-19 before transferring back to UTA prior to the 2021-22 campaign following one season at Blinn College (2019-20) and one year at Houston Baptist (2020-21) ... received an extra COVID year of eligibility for the 2020-21 season when he was at Houston Christian (formerly Houston Baptist).

AS A GRADUATE STUDENT (2022-23) | Game-By-Game Stats
Averaged 3.5 points, 3 rebounds and 1 assist over 32 games … made 15 starts and averaged 17.3 minutes per contest … reached double-figure points four times … two of those occurrences came in the final six games of the year with 14-point outings at Stephen F. Austin (Feb. 18) and versus Utah Tech (Feb. 25) … also pulled down a season-high 10 rebounds in that Utah Tech contest for his only double-double of the year; he was the only UTA player aside from Shemar Wilson to secure a double-double during the season … also recorded 12 points versus UT Rio Grande Valley (Jan. 19) and 11 points opposite Howard Payne (Nov. 28) … passed out a season-most four assists against Southwestern (Nov. 12) … secured a season-high three steals in the game at SFA, and also knocked down a season-establishing four 3-pointers in that outing.

Suffered a season-ending back injury at Oral Roberts (Dec. 16) and underwent surgery on Dec. 18 … before the setback, only needed 123 more points to reach 1,000 for his career across all divisions … prior to the injury, was one of just three UTA players (David Azore, Javon Levi) to have started all nine games … led the Mavs in scoring three times: nine in the season opener at Oklahoma State (Nov. 9), 17 – his most as a member of UTA – at San Diego State (Nov. 20) and 16 at UC Santa Barbara (Nov. 29) after being held scoreless two days prior at Utah State (Nov. 27); that was his first pointless game since March of 2019 … collected a season-high eight rebounds versus Mary Hardin-Baylor (Nov. 13) … averaged 25.7 minutes over the nine games he played.
AS A REDSHIRT JUNIOR AT HOUSTON BAPTIST (2020-21) | Game-By-Game Stats
Averaged team bests points, rebounds, 1.5 steals and 1.1 blocks in 25 games ... his 371 points were nearly 150 more than anyone else on the team ... also led the Huskies in 3-pointers made (49) and 3-point percentage (.480), and ranked 2nd in assists with 2 per outing ... shot an efficient 47.5 percent from the floor and 88.1 percent from the free-throw line as he paced the Huskies with 52 makes from the charity stripe ... delivered a season-high 24 points in the Southland Conference Tournament against Lamar (Mar. 10) ... opened the season with a double-double at TCU (Nov. 25) of 13 points and 10 rebounds – one of six double-doubles on the year, including three-straight to commence Southland regular-season play in January.

Shot 49.5 percent from the field and 39.1 percent from beyond the arc ... earned Honorable Mention All-Region recognition as he appeared in all 33 games and made 30 starts for a Buccaneers’ team which won 23 games and reached the Region XIV Tournament Final.
