Max Brandt brings a dynamic background to the UT Arlington men’s basketball program in his first season with the Mavericks as a video and analytics coordinator in 2023-24.
Brandt spent the previous three seasons, including two as head manager, with the SMU men’s basketball program. During that time, Brandt cultivated valuable relationships, most notably with Sean Stout, who was then the Director of Basketball Operations at SMU and now an assistant coach with the Mavs.
Brandt also has previous experience with NCAA compliance, and will aid in helping ensure the UTA men’s basketball program operates within NCAA guidelines.
