2008 Outdoor: Ran a season-best 2:15.32 in the UT Invitational and 2:16.57 in the UTA Open as a warmup to the SLC Championships. At the conference meet, she finished sixth with a time of 2:17.70. 2008 Indoor: Established herself as UT Arlington[apos]s fastest 800-meter runner, turning in a time of 2:17.76 in her first 800-meter race - the University of Houston Invitational...her time of 2:17.93 in teh finals of the SLC Indoor Championships was good enough for fourth place. 2007 Cross Country: Did not compete. Prior to UTA: Ran personal-best time of 2:12 in the 800 meters and 57.80 in the 400 meters while at Verziunarskou Islands School. Personal: Born July 31, 1987 in Iceland... is the daughter of Hordur Sverrison and Oddnygunnar Sdottir... international business major.
