After a bunt base hit and a groundout, Jeremy Gray drove in two runs with a double to left center and scored on Chase Richards' single to left center.

UTA got a run back in the fifth as Warrick doubled to left center and scored on two straight wild pitches, all with two outs.

The Cardinals broke the game open in the seventh as Ambort delivered a two-run home run to right center and Gray had a run-producing single to right center.

UTA got a run back in the eighth as Macha ripped a double just inside the bag at third and scored on a Boomer Welles sacrifice fly to right field.
