ARLINGTON, Tex. - The UT Arlington softball team continues their fall season Wednesday afternoon when they host North Central for a double header at Allan Saxe Field.

They went 1-0-1 last week in two games against Odessa College, and now hold a 3-0-1 overall record during the fall.

Courtney Zink and Samantha Kennedy have both been consistent performers offensively, recording hits in each of the four games.

Sophomore pitcher Callie Collins hasn't lost any ground from her stellar campaign last season, and Teri Lyles has allowed only one run during the fall.

The game was originally scheduled for Oct. 18, but heavy rain and wet field conditions forced both teams to reschedule.

The Mavericks play again Thursday evening against The University of North Texas at Allan Saxe Field. Game one is set for 6 p.m.
