Opening statement…
"I am really proud of how they came back. That is the first time we have been down by double digits and then given ourselves a chance to win on the road. We didn't let bad things snowball on us. We had kids step up and hit on some big shots, get some big rebounds, and I am really proud of them. For us to get to the line 28 times at Little Rock is huge, but we can't miss that many on the road and that was my message to them. We got a great look at the end. But that shot doesn't mean anything if we hit free throws."

On the play of Shelby Richards...
"Shelby played really tough and I thought that she stayed composed and played within herself. I don't think that she tries to do too much and lets the game come to her. Her shot in the corner was huge and I am so proud of the composure she is playing with."

On what the team will take into Saturday's game at Arkansas State...
"I will take the fact that we fought and played with passion and competed. I had kids tell me they wanted to get the ball and we seemed to be missing that fire there for a little bit and we are starting to figure out how hard it is to win. But they are coming together, they are starting to figure out how to fight together.
