SAN ANTONIO - UTA men's tennis is on the road this weekend as it takes part of the six-team field in the UTSA Cup. UTSA, Abilene Christian, Tyler JC, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and Incarnate Word are the other teams that the Mavericks will be facing this weekend.

The Mavs team this weekend will consist of junior Enrique Pardo, senior Mauricio Del Rio, sophomore Eduard Simo, and freshman Jakub Grzegorcyk. All four will play in single's matches and the pairs of Pardo/Del RIo and Simo/Grzegorcyk will play together in double's matches.

On Friday the Mavs will start the day vs Incarnate Word. Later in the day they will face the group consisting of Abilene Christian, UTSA, and Tyler JC. On Saturday the Mavs will face the trio of Abilene Christian, UTSA, and Tyler JC in the morning. Then take on Incarnate Word and TAMU-Corpus Christi in the afternoon. 

Bracket play begins on Sunday. The Mavs will play on Friday and Saturday to determine seeding.
