
Thomas Announces High School Prospect Camp

ARLINGTON, Texas -Â UTA baseball will host a pair of High School Prospect Camp (Nov. 16; 9am-3pm) at Clay Gould Ballpark. The camp is open to all high school players.
The cost to participate is $50-150. Pitcher Only fee is $50, while the Position Only fee is $125 and the Combo (Pitcher and Position Player) fee is $150 per camper.
No mail-in or cash payments will be accepted during online registration and online registration is encouraged by clicking HERE. Camp space is not guaranteed until the online registration/application and full payment are complete and received. There is a no refund policy for the camp; however, if extenuating circumstances arise campers will be offered a camp voucher for a future camp.
All UTA campers must submit five Participant Required Forms. The forms can be accessed by visiting the UT Arlington Conference Services webpage at www.uta.edu/campus-ops/conferences/reserve/overnight.php. Then scroll to the Participant Required Forms section.

HIGH SCHOOL PROSPECT CAMP

Time: 9am – 3pm
Cost: $50 (Pitcher Only), $125 (Position Only), $150 (Combo – Pitcher and Position)
Description
The UTA High School Prospect Clinic is a great opportunity for high school baseball players to showcase their skills in front of a collegiate coaching staff. Attendees of the High School Prospect Clinic will be taken through an extensive pro-style workout.
The morning session of the prospect camp 9:00 am - 11:45 am will be the position player only pro-style workout based on skills and drills that our players use. A break period will then take place from 11:45 am - 12:45 pm. The Pitchers will check-in for the afternoon session beginning at 12:00 pm. Both position players and pitchers will then participate in the afternoon game portion of the prospect clinic. The afternoon game will begin at 1:00 pm. Please note that the clinic fee corresponds to the position that the prospect will play in the prospect game.
- If you sign up as a Pitcher only ($50), then you show up at 12 pm with skills and drills taught and then throw during the afternoon session game.
- If you sign up as a Position Player only ($125), then you show up at 8:45am. You will be allowed to do defense at multiple positions then participate as a position player in the afternoon session game.
- If you sign up as a dual Pitcher and a Position Player ($150), then you show up at 8:45am. You will do defense at whatever position you play, and you will pitch in the afternoon session game.
What to Bring
Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, helmet, bat, batting gloves and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Please mark camper's names on all items.

*Per NCAA rules, all camps and clinics conducted by The University of Texas at Arlington are open to any and all entrants and enrollment is only limited based on age, grade level, gender, or number restrictions specified by each camp.
