INSIDE THE SCORES
- Hlynsdottir opened on the 8th and shot even through the first two holes. The junior opened the back side with consecutive bogeys before playing the rest of the back in even with a birdie on the 13th and bogey on the 16th. A double bogey and two bogeys on the front nine set her back but, she was able to close with a birdie on the 7th.
- Murray - who started on the 9th – got off to a hot start and her card consisted of two birdies, four bogeys, two double bogeys and one eagle. The eagle came on the 13th hole – one of just two eagles made all week across the 14-team tournament. She was -2 through eight holes, but the doubles derailed her momentum.
- Garber moved up two slots on the leaderboard as she tied for 41st. She put up three bogeys on holes 10, 13 and 14 and remained at +3 heading into the 6th hole with birdies on the 15th and 3rd holes. However, an unfortunate triple bogey on the 6th hole set her back for the remainder of the round.
- Gonzalez opened with a bogey on her first hole, the 10th, and recorded two back-to-back double bogeys on 14 and 15. She would be able to birdie holes 17 and 5, but several big numbers were too much to overcome.
- Howard started her final round on the back side and shot even on her first hole, the 11th. After a birdie on the second hole, she unfortunately followed it up with five consecutive bogeys and a double bogey to round out the first eight. Howard couldn't gain any momentum on the last few holes but did record her second birdie of the round on hole 2. She was able to produce a 36 (+1) on the front 9 – her back side – the best of the Mavs.
