ARLINGTON, Texas --- Jamaya Perry, a 6-1 forward from Saint Mary's High School in Stockton, Calif., has signed with the UT Arlington women's basketball program.

Perry was ranked No. 16 on the Prep Girls Hoops 2023 Top 100 list, as well as No. 22 on the NorCal Preps Northern California 2023 Top 40 list.

"We are so excited to add Jamaya to the Lady Mav family," UTA head coach
Shereka Wright said. "While adding depth at the forward position, she moves very well around the rim and can stretch the floor offensively. Jamaya will bring physicality and rebounding to our roster immediately."
Perry joins an outstanding group of newcomers on this year's team including:
