ARLINGTON, TX – First-year head coach Mike Trapasso has announced the 2025 schedule, and a save the date for UTA Baseball's Grand Slam Celebration will be held on Sunday, February 2nd, at the Bluebonnet Ballroom at the E.H. UTA will start the season at home versus the UTSA Roadrunners (Feb. 14-16) before returning to Globe Life Field to face Oklahoma at Globe Life Field (Feb. 19) in the College Baseball Series. 

The Mavericks will play a three-game series at Oklahoma State in Stillwater, Oklahoma (Feb. 21-23). The Mavs will then return to Arlington to square off with Houston for a series (Feb. 28-Mar. 1). Following the series, the Mavs will face off against Sam Houston State (Mar. 5).

UTA will then travel to Monroe, Louisiana for a matchup versus UL-Monroe (Mar. 7-9) followed by a matchup against Texas (Mar. 11). Then the Mavericks return home the and host Arkansas Little-Rock (Mar. 14-16).

Following the home stretch, the Mavericks will head to Oklahoma for a matchup (Mar. 18) and travel for their first road conference appearance against Sacramento State (Mar. 21-23) before rounding out at Baylor (Mar. 25).

The Mavericks will then return home for a three-game series against CBU (Mar. 28-30) followed by the Mavericks heading to DBU (Apr. 1).

UTA will then head out to Beaumont, Texas for a series against Lamar (Apr. 4-6). The Mavericks will then return home for a lone game against TCU (Apr. 8). Followed by a road trip down to take on Tarleton State (Apr. 11-13).

The Mavericks will then travel to head home to face ACU (Apr. 17-19) before hitting the road to face Arizona (Apr. 23) and GCU in a three-game series (Apr. 25-27). Followed by the Mavericks play TCU on the road (Apr. 29).

The Mavericks faceoff in a showdown against Utah Valley (May 2-4) in Arlington, followed with a midweek matchup against DBU (May 5). The Mavs then head west to Utah to play the Utah Tech (May 9-11), and conclude the regular season back home in a three-game series against the Seattle U Redhawks (May 15-17).


The WAC Tournament will be held in Mesa, Arizona at the Hohokam Stadium May 20-24.
