MONTEREY, Calif. – The UT Arlington men's golf team wrapped up the first day of the Saint Mary's Invitational on Monday from the Bayonet Golf Club.
Freshman
Arth Sinha paced the Mavericks, finishing the day an even par. Sinha knocked in one birdie to go along with an impressive 16 pars and one bogey to finish with a final score of 72. He currently sits tied for 22nd in the individual standings.
Ajay Morris finished the day three over par. Morris knocked down the Mavs lone eagle of the round, coming on hole 15 which was a par 4. Morris added two birdies and nine pars to finish with a total score of 75. He currently sits tied for 50th in the individual standings.
