Austin Dennis

• Dennis is set to make his collegiate debut after joining the Mavericks as a freshman from Ventura, California.
• Dennis put together a strong 2025 campaign before arriving at UTA, recording three victories and five top-two finishes. Over a stretch of 10 rounds during the 2024-25 season, Dennis finished 19 under par while recording 45 birdies and four eagles.

Michael Chevalier

• Chevalier enters his senior season as one of the Mavericks' returning players.
• The Grapevine, Texas, native saw consistent action during the 2025-26 season and helped UTA finish second at the Western Athletic Conference Championship.
• Chevalier was also one of four UTA men's golfers to earn WAC All-Academic honors following last season.

Joey Hayden

• Hayden joins UTA as a graduate transfer after spending four seasons at Santa Clara.
• The Dublin, California, native competed in 35 rounds across 12 events for the Broncos and posted a 72.66 career scoring average.
• Hayden's best collegiate finish came at the 2024 Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout, where he shot a 6-under 210 to finish tied for sixth.

Jen Chie Huang

• Huang returns for his junior season after competing throughout UTA's 2025-26 campaign.
• The Tainan, Taiwan, native closed last season with a strong showing at the WAC Championship, shooting a 2-under 70 in the final round.
• His final-round score was the best among UTA golfers that day and tied for the lowest round in the field.

Ed Procter

• Procter is set to make his UTA debut after transferring from Kansas City.
• The Sydney, Australia, native competed in 49 rounds across 17 tournaments during his first two collegiate seasons.
• Procter recorded a career-low 4-under 67 at the 2024 Oregon State Invitational before finishing tied for 22nd with a 3-over 216.
• The Sandestin Collegiate Classic begins a four-tournament fall schedule for the Mavericks. UTA will return to Texas the following week for the Bayou City Collegiate Classic, scheduled for Sept. 20-22 at Westwood Golf Club in Houston.
