Prior to UTA: At Hill College, earned second team all-conference honors in inaugural year at Hill College... named squad[apos]s Outstanding Softball Athlete of the Year in 2003 after batting .358 with nine doubles and 23 RBIs... in 2004, named to league[apos]s second team and named the defensive player of the year... batted .300 overall and .378 in conference action... owned a .392 slugging percentage.

High School: Earned second team all-district honors and was an all-tournament selection at Arlington in 2000... selected to all-district first team after leading her squad to the 13-5A district championships in 2001... earned the Golden Stick and Eagle spirit award in final two years... named second-team all-Central Texas as a junior and senior... earned second straight first team all-district nod in 2002... participated in the Austin Area all-star game... and led Central Texas in home runs... named her squad[apos]s MVP as a senior.

Personal: Born Jan. 30, 1984... daughter of Roy and Kathy Leadbetter... a kinesiology major and double minor in english and biology at UTA.
