Prior to UTA: Tossed 192 innings and led the conference with 158 strikeouts as a freshman for Texarkana Community College... finished second in Region 14 in total strikeouts... led her squad to its first-ever playoff appearance and 30-plus win season... set school record for wins (33) as a freshman... as a sophomore posted 25 wins, 234 strikeouts and a 0.59 earned run average... led her team to a school-best 43 wins and its first-ever regional championship and JUCO World Series appearance... finished the year with 245 innings pitched... was a first-team all-region pitcher and the Region 14 player of the year... earned first team Midwest Region all-American honors and NJCAA second team all-American honors... holds several career marks at TC, including innings pitched (403), strikeouts (392), fewest walks (80) and lowest ERA (0.59)... at Whitehouse High School earned all-district honors as a pitcher in 2001 and 2002... named to the honor roll and Who[apos]s Who Among American High School Students in 2002.
