Parker Osborne

Parker Osborne enters his first season as a volunteer assistant coach for the UTA baseball program in 2020.
 
Osborne spend the last three seasons as an assistant coach at Western Illinois University in the Summit League.  He helped with recruiting for the Leathernecks, specifically in Arizona, the Northwest and Midwest.
 
Prior to Western Illinois, Osborne coached three different summer league teams – Lafayette Aviators (2017), DuPage Drones (2016) and Walla Walla Sweets (2015). While coaching the Aviators and Drones, Osborne coached the Prospect League MVP.  During his year in Lafayette, the Aviators led the league in doubles, RBI, total bases, walks, and finished second in home runs.
 
Osborne also spent a season in Vancouver, Washington as an assistant coach with Clark College.
 
He began his collegiate career playing at Central Arizona and Chandler-Gilbert Community College before finishing at Southern Illinois.  Osborne graduated from Southern Illinois in 2015 with a B.S. in Sports Administration.  In May 2019, he graduated from Western Illinois with his M.S. in Sports Management.
