Appeared in both tournament games, making two starts at shortstop... went 1-for-3 with an RBI against Texas State (5/21)... finished tournament going 1-for-2 with two walks against Southeastern Louisiana (5/22). 2008 (Junior)
Batted .277 with 14 RBI and played 52 games while making 49 starts at shortstop... tied for third on the UT Arlington single-season hit-by-pitches list with 13... led the team with 26 walks and 152 assists... third on the team in runs scored (36), fourth in on-base percentage (.428) and at-bats (148)... collected a team-high eight assists at shortstop against Sam Houston State (4/4)... batted .295 against right-handed pitching... tallied a season-high four-game hitting streak three times... sixth on the team with 10 multi-hit games... added four multiple RBI games... made NCAA Division I debut going 1-for-3 with a double against Arkansas-Little Rock (2/22)... collected season-high three runs going 2-for-2 against McNeese State (3/7)... equaled season-highs in hits (2) and RBI (2) going 2-for-4 with two runs and two walks against UTSA (3/30)... went 2-for-4 with two runs, a double and two RBI against Texas A&M (5/13)... member of the Capital One/Southland Conference 2008 Commissioner[apos]s Spring Academic Honor Roll... named to the UT Arlington Fall 2007 and Spring 2008 Athletic Director[apos]s Academic Honor Roll.
