2006: Redshirted Prior to UTA: Came to UTA after starting two seasons at North Central College...went 6-3 with 65 strikeouts in 77 innings...selected to the Texas-New Mexico All-Star Game...academic all-conference selection...played his prep ball at Plano East High School...helped lead team to the regional finals...unanimous first team all-district selection ...went 9-5 with a 3.05 ERA...struck out 76 and walked only 25 in 56 innings pitched...selected to the All-Star team. Personal: Son of Judy and Tim Nollen...born March 6, 1985...father, Tim, played baseball at Indian Hills College, while brother, Ryan, played at Midland College and Hardin Simmons...a kinesiology major at UTA.
