Prior to UTA:
Earned four letters in track and field... set a career best in the pole vault of 16ft... three-time regional qualifier... named regional champion and was a state runner-up... named 2007 and 2008 outstanding track and field performer.

Born January 29, 1991... is the son of Phil and Kathy Montgomery... majoring in kinesiology.
