• Earned second-team All-Western Athletic Conference accolades in the discus.
• Placed sixth in the event at the league meet with a toss of 152-10 (46.58m).
• Had a season-best effort and the fourth-longest throw in school history (154-05) at the TCU Invitational.
• Was the runner up at the Texas State Invitational (153-01).
2012
• Competed in the discus at the SLC Outdoor Championships, placing 15th (39.62m).
• Had a season-best throw of 44.94m at the Michael Johnson Classic.
PRIOR TO UT ARLINGTON
• Was a member of the Texas Tech track and field program for two seasons, competing in the discus.
HIGH SCHOOL
• Was a three-time TAPPS state champion in the discus (2007, 2008, 2009).
• Also was the state runner-up in 2006 in the discus and was the runner-up in the shot put in 2007.
• Is the Class 4A state meet record holder.
• Helped lead her team to the 2008 TAPPS 5A track and field team championship.
• Personal best discus throw of 152-10.
• Was an Academic All-State honoree in track and field (2007, 08, 09) and volleyball (2008, 09).
• Also played volleyball, basketball, softball and ran track.

• Daughter of Steve Ellison and Kimberly Ball.
