ARLINGTON, Texas - Brian Kervin's two-run single inside the bag at first base capped off a three-run sixth inning as TCU took the lead for good and won going away in handing UT Arlington an 11-5 defeat Wednesday afternoon in Fort Worth.
The rally started with one out as Andrew Walker singled and Matt Vern followed with a double down the left-field line. After Clint Arnold was hit by a pitch, Ben Carruthers drove in a run on groundout to a diving Jerry Fisher to tie the game and set up Kervin's game winner.
