WICHITA, Kan. - True freshman Pamela Vinson matched a school record in the 55m Saturday afternoon at the Varsity Apartments Shocker Quad.

Vinson clocked a 6.98 in the 55m, tying the mark Rikki Holland set in 2003.

Cordero Gray and Casey Keeter both flirted with UT Arlington records as well. Gray's time of 6.23 in the 55m was 0.01 seconds away from the school record. Keeter turned in a throw of 57 feet, 7 inches in the shot put, which also places him second.
