ARLINGTON, Tex. - Cordero Gray highlight a field of 12 UT Arlington athletes set to compete in the NCAA West Preliminaries at the University of Oregon in Eugene, Ore. next Thursday.
Gray will compete individually in the 100m and the 200m as well as in the 4x100m relay.
Clayton Vaughn and Lionel Mungwari will join Gray in both events. Mungwari will also compete in the long jump.
Juan Lewis will double in the 200m and the 400m.
Renan Palma will compete in the 110m hurdles and Isiah Clements is set for action in the high jump.
In field events, Casey Keeter and Branko Petrovic will take part in the shot put. Ivan Storic will compete in the javelin and Jeff Rodriguez will compete in the pole vault.
For the women, Shannon Reynolds will double in the 100m and 200m.
Marniqua Thompson qualified in the high jump.
