POSTGAME NOTES
- UTA fall to 16-12 on the season and 7-8 against Sun Belt competition. UTA is 11-2 at home, 4-10 on the road (1-7 in the Sun Belt). The Mavericks return to College Park Center Thursday for a 7 p.m. tipoff against Georgia Southern.
- Louisiana improved to 23-4 overall and 13-1 in the Sun Belt. The Ragin' Cajuns travel to Troy this Thursday for a 7:15 tipoff.
- Senior guard Kaelon Wilson scored 9 points at Louisiana, giving him 1,114 in his career. He surpassed Mack Callier (1,111 from 1999-03) for 16th on the program's all-time career scoring list.
- Senior guard Erick Neal scored 26 points at Louisiana, giving him 1,427 points in his career. He surpassed Steven Thomas (1,411 from 2002-06) for fourth on the program's all-time career scoring list. He registered his seventh 20+ point performance of the season and the 16th of his career.
- Senior forward Kevin Hervey scored 21 points at Louisiana, his 17th 20+ performance of the season and 36th of his career.
