ARLINGTON, TEXAS – Brianna Ford and
Paige Reagor have been named to the 2024 AVCA Division I Women's All-Region Team, becoming just the ninth and tenth players in program history to receive AVCA First Team selections.
Ford, a graduate from Amarillo, Texas, helped lead the team to its first undefeated conference season since 1992, and first NCAA tournament appearance in 22 years with career-highs in kills (501), kills per set (4.47), hitting percentage (.304), aces (42), digs per set (2.90), blocks (108), blocks per set (0.96), points (599.5) and points per set (5.35). Ford also becomes the only Maverick in program lore to be named to the AVCA team in two separate seasons.

J.T. Wenger said. "She has been dedicated to her craft all season long, and I'm proud of her achievements."
Reagor, a graduate from Frisco, Texas, earned her first AVCA selection behind a stellar season that saw her set the second highest hitting percentage in program history with a .407 mark. The graduate put up 158 blocks on the season, the seventh most in program history. She finished the season with 252 kills and 345 points.
