STEPHENVILLE, Texas - The UT Arlington softball team will resume conference action at Tarleton beginning with a single game on Friday, Mar. 14 followed by a doubleheader on Saturday, Mar. 15 from Tarleton Softball Complex.
The Mavericks are on a three-game win streak following a WAC series win over Utah Tech and a midweek victory against UTSA at Allan Saxe Field. Head coach
Kara Dill and the rest of the UTA squad sit on a winning record of 13-9 with a 9-2 record at home.

UTA NOTES
- Junior Kailee Bautista continues to lead the Mavericks offensively with a .364 batting average. The Rockwall native has played in all 22 games so far this season, splitting her time at designated player and catcher. Bautista leads in RBI (15), hits (20, T-1), doubles (7, T-1), slugging percentage (.600), walks (17), hit-by-pitches (7) and on-base percentage (.557).
- UCLA transfer Mia McNulty has made an immediate impact in Dill's lineup this season, sitting on a .339 overall batting average. McNulty is batting .387 in the last 10 games with three home runs, eight RBI, 23 total bases, a .742 slugging percentage and 12 hits. Overall, the California native has been a force behind the plate - along with Bautista - with a .978 fielding percentage.
- Freshman Talia Maldonado and sophomore Kaitlyn Sailor are approaching .300 as the pair holds the third and fourth highest average on the team. Maldonado has started in every game at shortstop for UTA, with 28 putouts.
- Senior Jessica Adams (4-2) picked up the victory out of the bullpen for UTA against the Roadrunners as the right-hander went 5.1 innings, giving up two runs, zero earned, on six hits, allowing one walk and striking out one. Adams has spent the most time in the circle for the Maveriks so far this season with 33.21 innings pitched.
- Sixth year Emilie Hoelscher remains at the top with a 2.83 ERA across 29.2 innings. With an even 3-3 record, the lefty leads with 15 strike outs while limiting opponents to seven walks and no home runs.

The Mavs will be back at Allan Saxe Field for a Tuesday night matchup against Houston Christian with the first pitch scheduled for 6 p.m.
