ARLINGTON, Texas – The UT Arlington volleyball team is set to return to the College Park Center for its 54th season under second-year head coach Tania Schatow.
PROMOTIONS
Below is a list of all the promotional games and giveaways. Each match will also feature an honorary first serve.
UTA Tournament
HRL Night – Friday, Sep. 4 (v. Kent State)
In partnership with UTA Housing and Residence Life, discounted tickets will be available for Housing and Residence Life staff. Students living in UTA residence halls are encouraged to attend, and Party on the Plaza will take place prior to the match.
Military Appreciation – Saturday, Sep. 5 (v. Army & Sam Houston State)
In partnership with Miliary and Veteran Services, discounted tickets will be available for service members and their guests. Fans can also expect a rally towel giveaway. Party on the Plaza will take place prior to the match.
The promotions listed below are for conference matches.
White Out – Thursday, Sep. 24 (v. West Georgia)
Fans are encouraged to wear white. The team will sign autograph cards following the match.
Western Night/FSL Night – Thursday, Oct. 1 (v. Little Rock)
In partnership with Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL), fans, students and staff are encouraged to wear their best western attire. Party on the Plaza will take place prior to the match.
Camper Reunion Day – Saturday, Oct. 3 (v. Eastern Kentucky)
Campers and their families from this summer's camps are invited back to College Park Center for a special reunion. The team will sign autograph cards following the match.
Dig Pink – Tuesday, Oct. 20 (v. Tarleton State)
Join the Mavericks as they raise awareness for breast cancer and support Dig Pink Foundation.
Alumni Weekend – Saturday, Oct. 24 (v. North Alabama)
UTA Volleyball welcomes alumni back to campus for Alumni Weekend.
First Responders Day – Saturday, Nov. 7 (v. Abilene Christian)
In partnership with the UTA Police Department and local first responder agencies, the Mavericks will recognize those who serve the community.
Club Night/Blue Out – Thursday, Nov. 12 (v. Austin Peay State)
Local volleyball clubs are invited to attend as fans are encouraged to wear blue. The team will sign autograph cards following the match.
Homecoming/Senior Day – Saturday, Nov. 14 (v. Central Arkansas)
Join the Mavericks as they celebrate Homecoming and honor the team's senior student-athletes.
