Dad, Shain, played Baseball at Oklahoma State (1986,1987) and UT Arlington (1988-1990) and was part of the 1990 Conference Champion Team that was inducted into the UT Arlington Hall of Honor in 2013.
Mom, Maria, played Volleyball at East Texas State University (1987-1990) and made it to the Elite 8 in 1987.
Sister, Alexis, played Volleyball at the University of Hawaii at Hilo (2010, 2011).
Aunt, Theresa Frederick, played Volleyball at UT Arlington (1975-1978) and was the first UT Arlington Volleyball All-American in 1978. She was inducted into the UT Arlington Hall of Honor in 1989.
Aunt, Donna Duncan, played Volleyball at UT Arlington (1978-1980).
