Biography

Prior to UTA: Was a third team all-American shortstop at Seward County CC...hit .415 with 17 doubles, three home runs and 33 RBIs in 2003...first team all-Jayhawk West and all-Region selection...earned academic all-American honors with a 3.88 GPA...garnered all-state laurels as a senior at Liberal HS...earned all-conference honors all four years at LHS...graduated in the Top 10 percent in his class.

Personal: Son of Debbie and Galen McSpadden...born Aug. 23, 1982...father played for the San Diego Padres and is currently the head coach at Seward County CC...a psychology major at UTA.
