Prior to UTA: First team all-American at Seward County Community College...hit .507 with 18 home runs, 24 doubles and 78 RBIs in 2003...first team all-region selection...Jayhawk League MVP...recipient of the Rawlings Big Stick award...received the RA Shuffleberg award for the highest GPA in athletics (3.82)...distinguished academic All-American...graduated from Carrollton Creekview High School.
