CAREER OVERVIEW
Ellingsworth, a 6-9 forward, most recently played at Gulf Coast State College and began his collegiate career at East Carolina.

2023-24
Spent the past season at Gulf Coast State College where he appeared in 25 games, making 23 starts and was named a First Team All-Panhandle Conference selection. On the season, Ellingsworth averaged 17 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game while shooting 50.2-percent from the field and 86.8-percent from the free throw line. Ellingsworth was also named the FCSAA Player of the Week one time during the season.
 
2022-23
Before his time Florida, Ellingsworth spent one season at East Carolina as a preferred walk-on with the Pirates. He appeared in five contests, while playing a season-high six minutes against Temple on January 18, 2023, where he recorded his first collegiate basket. For the spring semester, Ellingsworth made the Honor Roll.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
A native of Morehead City, North Carolina, where he attended West Carteret. Ellingsworth averaged 21.9 points, 10.4 rebounds and 1.7 blocks in his senior season, leading the Patriots to a second straight regional final appearance and a school-record 26 wins. He scored 29 points and was named East MVP of the North Carolina Coaches Association (NCCA) East-West All-Star Game. During his junior season, he averaged 21.1 points, 10.1 rebounds and 2.1 blocks to help West Carteret reach their first regional final in 36 years. Ellingsworth shot over 60 percent from the floor in his junior and senior seasons.
