PRIOR TO UT ARLINGTON
• Competed one season for Texas Tech.
• Reached the finals of the Big 12 Championships in the 400m hurdles.
• Ran as part of the Red Raiders 4x400 relay team at the NCAA Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL
• Named High School All-American four times.
• Was ranked second nationally in the 400m hurdles and placed fourth at the Junior USA Championships in 2010.
• Was a two-time Class 3A state champion in the 300m hurdles.
• Was a nine-time UIL medalist over his prep career.
• Won the 2010 Great Southwest title in the 300m hurdles.
• Finished third in the state as a member of the 4x200 relay team.
• Had personal best times of 36.94 in the 300 hurdles and 51.5 in the 400 hurdles.
